The 6-channel DX6i uses the same full-range DSM2™ technology
found in the Spektrum DX7 and includes an impressive list of programming features for helicopters that are simple to access and use. The DX6i is also compatible with all existing Spektrum aircraft receivers. Whatever kind of flying you do, the DX6i can be used for any existing Helicopter that requires 6-channels or less. This is perfect for the Trex 450 RC Helicopter and about half the price of a DX7.

This dual path redundancy, plus the fact each of the two receivers is located in a slightly different location, exposes each to a different RF environment and creates a bulletproof RF link in all conditions. The range would be further than you would ever fly safely. This may seem a little to much bullet proofing but saves you worrying when flying.
